Don't forget to send us his/her passport or registration document for upgrade. This applies equally to those of you without Saddlebreds who have chosen to use us as a PIO for your equine's passport. Simply print off this page, fill it in and return it to us with the appropriate documents and fees.

SIGNATURE OF SELLING OWNER The signature of the recorded owner is required below, to confirm that they are transferring the Certificate of Registration of the above named Horse, to the new owners listed below. If there is more than one recorded owner, then both/all parties must sign.

PASSPORTS ISSUED FROM FEBRUARY 2008 will have a new style transfer of ownership incorporated WITHIN the passport. When you SELL the horse please sign the next box. When you BUY the horse, please complete your details and send the passport together with the correct fee to the Horse Registrar. The form above only needs to be completed for our OLD style passports and transfers of any equines USA-UK regsietered but not with a USA-UK passport.

FEE The fee for transfer of ownership is £5 USA-UK members / £8 non-members. (Price valid for 12 months from date of issue. Contact USA-UK for current prices). Cheques should be made payable to USA-UK and sent together with this form and the ORIGINAL PASSPORT (and Certificate of Registration if applicable).
